Psh... A walkthrough for how to understand this one...
1. What medallion glows when you die?
2. What medallion is Dudley wearing?
3. What happens when you die, first thing? |

If you can correctly identify which previous Dudley's Dungeon strip already used this punchline before the day is out, you WIN! |

'an uncursed -2 leather sword'?
(Sounds like something you'd get in Grunthack). |

Leather sword does sound GruntHackish, especially since it has glass pick-axes.=/ |

Note for future: absurdity != comedy
But this does remind me of the "killed by trickery" which I saw in the deaths at the recent devnull tournament. Anyone know how that was accomplished? |

Isn't that when a " tricks" bites you to ? As in a cursed holding? Or whatever those damn bags are called that bite me instead of holding all my scrolls and stuff I want to protect from gushes etc... |

GoodGoodsd, by trickery happens when the level files of the game going on are inconsistent with what the game expects. This may mean that somebody outside the game has been tampering with the files, but could also mean that there has been some problem with saving the level data when the went up or down stairs. That COULD indicate a hard disk that isn't working properly and should be replaced. |

Well, nobody got it, but rest assured that it involved Nameless, and the word "sike" (spelling incorrect) within the panel itself - thus rendering it invisible to the archive search feature. |

Eh, "sike" is how we spelled it back in grade school when we actually said it. To me, psyche means personality. |

I would have thought that "sike" would actually be spelt "psych"; psyche is pronounced sigh-key and is a different word which is used in referring to the Greek mythological character and the mind...
Or maybe it should be "psike"? That way everybody's (un)happy! |
